BENCHMARK | Strength & Conditioning

Increase strength and conditioning, reduce your body fat, enjoy a fun and supportive community.

We offer classes that cover, strength, condition and skill work. Classes run for a hour instructed by myself (Blocker). The workouts change every day, they cover a wide range of lifting movements, gymnastic, rope climbing and the list goes on, we do it all.
